• Full Time/Part Time Receptionist

• Full Time Veterinary Technician/Assistant

(Must be familiar with all aspects of the position of Veterinary Technician. LVT a plus but not required.)

All positions require working some weekends and holidays.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

CSR responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone system and are the primary contact for scheduling.  CSRs set up new clients and patients in the computer database, prepare and maintain electronic medical records, process financial transactions, and are responsible for reception area maintenance.  

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Kennel assistant responsibilities include daily cleaning and maintenance of all parts of the hospital, assisting with feeding and medicating patients and boarders, and supporting all staff members as needed. 

VETERINARY ASSISTANT

Veterinary assistant responsibilities include assisting doctors during exams, feline friendly handling and restraint, feeding and cleaning of patients and boarders, assisting the doctors and veterinary technicians with hospitalized patients, collecting and performing laboratory procedures, obtaining digital radiographs, client communication and education, and administering oral, topical, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications. 

VETERINARY TECHNICIAN

 In addition to the responsibilities of the veterinary assistant, veterinary technicians are responsible for assisting doctors during surgical and dental procedures, triaging emergent and critical patients, daily treatments and nursing care for the hospitalized patient, and operation and maintenance of hospital and surgical equipment.
