Fees

Fees vary from clinic to clinic and are based on many factors including equipment available , the type of medical/surgical service, and staff and building costs. Cases involving intensive or critical treatment, in particular, can be very costly. Our front office staff can quote approximate fees for routine procedures over the phone; however, estimates for involved cases need to be performed in the clinic after a doctor’s examination. Payment is requested at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. To avoid miscommunication we urge you to discuss all questions regarding fees before treatment or surgery are performed.

Appointments

We prefer to see cats by appointment so that we may allow adequate time for each of our patients. Occasionally, a cat in crisis must take precedence over a scheduled appointment. On these occasions, we ask for your patience so that we may stabilize the emergency first. Non-emergency walk-in appointments will be asked to wait until waiting, scheduled appointments have been seen.

Drop-off Service

Once your cat has already been established as a patient, if you are unable to make an appointment during the day, you may schedule a drop-off appointment. Please fill in the drop-off sheet in as much detail as possible to help the doctor in the evaluation of your cat. The doctor will call you later in the day with her evaluation and recommendations. It is essential that you leave a phone number where you can be reached.
